Excellent quality weights, fit the Olympic bar, no issue. The smell of freshly issued rubber is a bit powerful at first but fades away nicely if left in aerated room for a week or two. I particularly like that 7.5 kg seem rather rare and TNP does it. Haven't seen other manufacturers doing that. Saves using a 2.5 and a 5 kg to make the same weight, which is nice. Overall feels sturdy, hopefully will last a long time.Edit : I bought a pair of 15 kg as well a few months back. Very pleased with all of them. The 25kg never seem to be available so I contacted the seller and they redirected me to the website of TNP accessories. I ordered them from there (free delivery !!!) and will update review after I receive them.

The coating on these smells terrible. We've had to shut the door to the room where they're kept because the pungent odor travels all over the house and affects my asthma. I won't be able to use them because of this. I gave 2 stars because my husband is able to use them. Just handy for someone to know if they have respiratory issues.

Very good sturdy item, the only downside is that when it's delivered the item is very greasy/oily so requires a good wipe down.The handle design make it more versatile than the standard round plates.

The best cheap weight set on Amazon. They are covered in oil on arrival but helps stop the rust. Fits the Olympic size barbell nicely. I also use them weights for the Marcy Pro PM4400.

No complaints but a little bit of info for others... when they first arrive they stink of rubber and are covered in a protective oil, but after a few days of use this wears off, mine are in the garage but I would imagine the rubber smell could be strong inside the house... apart from that they are perfect and a great price!!

Great plates, weighed then and they’re too the gram.Oily while packaged for protection, quick whipe and an overnight airing and they were perfect, slide on and off the Olympic bar easily

Packed well, these weights are well made and look good.The are far superior to the old cast iron "Wright weights" that I used to own years ago.Overall: They are a good price, I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely buy again and recommend 100%.

I bought 2 x 25kg plates. There is a fine layer of oil, but NO smell whatsoever! I think these are great. Durable and easy to carry round and cheap too! Delivery and comms was brilliant too.
