The boo does not come with the set. There is a picture of a boo on the box, but it is just part of the packaging graphics.

Q: Do the characters stand up well/pose well? People are saying they don't and fall over.

Dry bones is the only character that falls over. All of the others stand perfectly fine on their own.

Q: are these meant to go inside of a fish tank?

No it's not for a fish tank. The coins it comes with are cardboard glued to the box and the tunnel barely clicks open without being submerged under water.

Q: I want to put these in an aquarium. Do you think it will hold up?

No, they are plastic, and I think they will all float to the top.

A bit flimsy and one doesn't stand up on his own even though he has a stand

They aren't terrible or the worst I've seen, but the skeleton turtle doesn't stand at all even though he has a stand you can put on his foot. These would do better just being a display piece and rarely used because they are awkward to try to move if you do anything else lol.
