Years ago, I was introduced to notNeutral when I was handed a latte at a new shop and immediately thought, "This is the most comfortable coffee cup I've ever held." I looked at the bottom when I was halfway done and bought a couple medium latte cups for when I make them at home. The cups have been nothing but great, so I decided to splurge a little this Christmas and get myself a set of these Linos. I love them.-10oz is a perfect coffee mug size for me. Smaller doesn't hold enough, but larger gets cold too fast or leads me to pour too much, wasting the excess.-The flat handle top feels very natural for my thumb when holding, and the indentations on the sides spread the pressure when pouring/sipping.-The porcelain holds heat noticeably longer than basic ceramic mugs (always pre-heat!).-They're made for commercial coffee shop usage (again, porcelain), so they're very durable.I'll definitely be picking up more.

These are beautiful mugs and very comfortable to hold. I got the red ones and they're a nice red, not too bright. Almost like a persimmony/orange/red color. Not garish hypersonic red or something. Anyway the mugs get a 5 star but I took one off for the packaging. While the mugs arrived safe and sound they did not come in official not neutral packaging as shown in the picture. They came loose in a box with each cup being wrapped in bubble wrap. I would have preferred the original packaging as I'm always weary I am being sold a used item if it's shipped like this one. But oh well, the mugs look great and arrived in good shape!

These are definitely my favorite mugs. I first got a notNeutral mug from MadCap coffee and ever since they have been my go to. The flat top of the handle is a comfortable place to rest your thumb and has a comfortable amount of space for your hand.

Great quality mugs. Nicely designed to fit your hand. Finish of ceramic is really nice!

Beautiful cups but I've ordered 2 sets and each set had a broken cup :( I wish they would send me the 2 broken cups!!! If they do, I will repost.
