Why did you pick this product vs others?:Exactly as described, and stuck well. Size was a bit smaller than I had anticipated, but provided enough coverage for my lower back. Easy to put on, provided some pain relief. My only complaint is that the scent was strong and I could smell it on me . but that is okay. Price was good for what you got.

Oh my aching back just got relief! I have always used roll-on Biofreeze since recommended by my doctor for arthritic aches and pains. It was hard to apply to my lower back. These patches are so easy to use, cover a larger area and last longer. Sometimes I apply at bedtime to aching areas to give a peaceful night's sleep.

I was in my “Back to December” era with sore muscles and stiff joints, but Biofreeze came in like “Wonderland.” The cooling relief hits fast, and honestly, it’s like blasting “Shake It Off” on your legs after a long day of teaching. The smell is strong at first, but fades quickly, and it works way better than I expected. Definitely one of those little things that makes you feel like you can survive the “treacherous” days.

For daily usage use the jar ointment that still states “3 ounces “ though recently in 2024 jar is 1/2 as tall. Biofreeze Patches will not stick thru any sweaty workout as shown on box bc of adhesive change since buy out. Clothes lightly rubbing against patch while doing desk work will cause patch to fall off. Also , cheaper Adhesive may now cause rash on sensitive skin. Patch Material not as breathable as original before buyout. Icy Hot patch is cheaper.There’s subtle difference between the two since Icy Hot changed Biofreeze to less effective OTC remedy. Sad every popular product in USA is usu bought by big corp that ends it or makes it mediocre while still raising prices as if consumers cannot recognize the difference in quality.

Easy to use ,stays in place over long periods of time including time of heavy activity and or rest, yet is easily removed with very little effort.Cooling is subtle but sustained and lasts quite a long time.
