Unlike most waist trainers that I have ordered in the past on Amazon, most of them coming from China that run very very small this trainer is the opposite and you will end up ordering a size much smaller than you normally are in USA size. The other waist trainers I have are mediums, but I followed the size chart very carefully for this trainer and based on my measurements it indicated to order a small - so I did. It fits great, and I could have probably even went down another whole size if they offered it because you really want these to be TIGHT on your body to work well and do what it is supposed to do. DO NOT FOLLOW THE AMAZON SIZE CHART. The seller for this item has uploaded a very nice comprehensive size chart in the PHOTOS section of this listing. Follow it exactly, and you will get the right size.Quality of material is midgrade in my opinion. I have seen waist trainers much more durable, however, they are also price marked at $50+ - this trainer being only $9.99 you can not go wrong - even if it is a back up for when you are washing your other one. This trainer is actually the least expensive one I have seen on all of Amazon that still has the NECESSARY MATERIALS in its makeup that you need for trainers to work.Zipper is frustration and hassle free. Glides up and down nice and smooth and isn't fussy like they tend to be on less expensive clothing items.Overall very happy with my purchase, you will be too!

This is a really nice Waist Trainer, I ordered a Large, because it seems this usually run small and very tight or are adjustable but this one is pretty true to size, If i had to order again I would definitely get a Med. I am 5'4 and 155 and the Large was big on me. Other than my bad judgement this works exactly as it should. Gives support where you would like it and does make you sweat. Perfect for working out.

Despite the reviews from other customers I still bought this. And I must say it worked freaking awesome. I worked out at the gym for a little over an hour. By the time I was done I so sweaty. If you have not bought one of these yet. You are truly missing out.

It is true to size, I measured myself before hand for a few reasons: 1. I wanted to be sure it was comfortable enough for me to wear while working out and on my job as well. 2. I needed it ASAP & didn't want to have to return it just because it was too small. 3. I know sometimes we(me included) can be in denial about our real size..........the smell was like any other neoprene product I have owned, the material was thin but soft and it fit comfortably on top as well as under my clothing.

Exactly as described & strong zipper I like that it’s a little long goes a little below my waist and does not roll up 👍

The first thing came to my mind is “holy cow this is 3 times as thin” as all the neoprene waist slimmer, suit I have ever owned. Now I am not trying it just yet because the smell is excruciating. Fresh out of the fish market. Size]ing is also weird. I ordered other brand in medium and small in this brand, it fits the same if not looser. Just for the price i wasn’t expecting 1/3 of the material considering I need the thickness to sweat more. I am going to return it and make a little more for something better.

I really like this product. It is easy to use, fits well, and makes you sweat. Under clothes, you can not even tell your wearing it. I espically like the front zip on this product and the fact that the breast area is open. I dont feel confined in this product, but free to move as normal. I ordered a 2x and really could have used a Xl. Well worth the money and better than more expensive brands.

9/3/19: This little vest works! I real like that it is thin and barely noticeable under your clothes because it's not bulky like the other kinds. The only drawbacks that I have is the the zipper does cling when you walk and although I wash mine by hand and air dry, the threads at the bottom have been coming unraveled.Update: 9/4/19 After I wrote a review for the vest, the very next day it ripped in the inside😞. I'm not to happy about this and will research/try other brands. So now, with the threads and the rip I will drop this vest to 3 stars.😥
