Not accurate at all!
It is not very accurate. The wider the measure the farther off it is. The only accurate measurement is zero! When it should be 20” it is really 23-3/4”. At least there is a screw to lock it and then you can use a tape measure to measure between the caliper ends.

Inaccurate
Measurements are not accurate. Part of the clamp blocks reading the measurement, and the measurement appears to be incorrect. Probably fine for practicing for students but not for actual data collection.

Provides inaccurate measurements
Totally inaccurate. Error varies based on the width of the measurement. Best luck I've had is just using it to get a physical distance and then compare that to a trustworthy source (eg. a ruler).
