Description

Lider Control Panel/Starter for Single Phase Water Filled Submersible Pumps Provided panel with [ TC CONTACTOR + MCB ] Overload Protection device- Circuit Breaker Equipment provided. Switching device- Miniature Circuit Breaker-( M.C.B- 20 Amps)-(C Series-inductive load) provided-for short circuit protection. Start Capacitors provided for giving initial torque as per Horsepower( 200-250 Mfd for 2.0 HP) of Motor Pump.Run Capacitors provided as per Horsepower( 36+36 Mfd for 2.0 hp ) for smooth running of pumps and better life. Providing Panel with pumpset on button,voltage reading push button,stop button,Ammeter ,Voltmeter, Start Button provided which charges and discharges the start capacitor. Ammeters Provided with Brass nuts for measuring current consumed by motor pump. Voltmeter Provided for measuring incoming voltages and can be read by pressing a switch for long life of voltmeter. Single Lamp indication for showing motor pump running condition. The motor pump which is submerged in water give water till is having sufficient water in bore-wells.in case of insufficient water (when water level goes down),then the motor pump runs without giving water which is called dry running of motor pump. motor pump running in dry condition will burn the motor pump and thus it will stop after a very short time.WATER DRY RUN/WATER LEVEL GUARD prevents the motor pump from dry running and thus subsequent burnout. When water in the bore-wells falls below a set level (set by our sensing probe) often installed above the motor pump,a signal is sent initiating a trigger.
