Terrific tool for lightweight trailers
NOTE: Maximum rated weight is 287 pounds (not 237 as stated in another review here). This is for lightweight trailers only!I really wish this and its larger counterpart were more readily available in the US, because it is far more convenient to use than the bathroom scale method, and is equally accurate. The only nuisance is having to convert from kilograms to pounds, which is no big deal. It’s well built, easy to read, and very portable.Shipping from the UK took about two weeks. Well worth the money and the wait as far as I’m concerned. Does seem to go in and out of stock, so if it’s showing as unavailable, give it a few days and try again.

Very happy to know my tongue weight
I am building a small camper trailer to be pulled by my Subaru. It's terrific to not have to guess at tongue weight. I was using my bathroom scale but this is so much nicer.

scale only go to 237lbs... high shipment return COST
did notice anything in the description the scale only goes to 237lbs !!!!it ships from the UKalso $20 was added to the price for shipment cost so is of $35 it was $60keep in mind to return this to the UK it cost a min of $70 -$100since i have no use for it, i wll try to use it as a baseball bat...unless anyone from the US is interest , will offer it for $50.still new in the box

Wasted My Money
Didn't really understand tongue weight results, this is basically worthless without knowing what your trailer weighs on official scales for you to figure out the 10% to 15% of trailer weight tongue weight, only accurate method is to officially weigh car and trailer together then a weight separation and then that gives you accurate tongue weight percentage, knowing just a tongue weight alone with this device serves no purpose
