I have huge varicose veins in the lower part of my thighs and my legs and my doctor has been after me to wear compression socks. However, socks make my feet hot, which makes me hot (I live in Florida so it’s already hot here!). Compression socks only come up to your knees anyway, which does not take care of the issues in my thighs. I’m 71 years old, 5 foot tall, 165 pounds. I bought these in a large and they fit perfectly. The compression is not so strong that I couldn’t get them on which is the case with most other compression tights. This will do the trick for me and I’m very glad that I bought them. They do have two convenient pockets on both sides , but since I’ll be wearing them under my jeans, I won’t be utilizing the pocket but it will be a good feature for those who plan on just wearing the tights themselves. These are crop pants, but because I’m so short, they almost come down to my ankles, but they’ll be just short enough to wear under my jeans without being visible. Plus, they are high waisted and the compression holds in some of my belly fat. Big plus for me! The material is lightweight, but good quality and lightweight Great quality in workmanship and material. I will be ordering another pair of these this week. I highly recommend these.

I am 5'4" and 145lbs I bought M. These are great and I love the compression.Makes me feel slimmer. They take a minute ir two to put on but we'll worth that minute or two. So very comfy!

The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 was I needed to size up. I'm typically a L-XL is standard american sizes like Champion etc. I had to size up to a 2XL. However, these seem to be put together very well. They arrived quickly.

Size guide seems accurate as well.

The pants were true to size. Good compression pockets. Big enough for my cell phone and definitely did not slip down while running. Excellent product

SOFTEST leggings ever!!! So comfortable and lightweight yet still good quality. They are great during reformer pilates.

I couldn't find what I needed for my edema so my Doctor told me to get a good pair off of Amazon. He gave me a few name and this was the cheapest from the list and I ordered a pair just to see if it would fit but work. It worked so good, I got two more and I plan on ordering more!
