These lights are fantastic. So much better than the old 16 preset remote colors of old. You can tweek the perfect color hue of what your looking for from a million shades of your favorite color. The 100 motion control choices are fantastic also.The only thing I would say negative is that you need to scan one of those square bar code things. This comes on a piece of paper that can easily be misplaced before you get them up and running And if you loose this paper your screwed and won’t be able to use the lights. Also, if you chuck the paper after you get them working on your phone you won’t be able to set them up on someone else’s phone.So basically if ever lost my phone I would be out a phone plus $100 bucks worth of lights that would not work anymore. the supplier should add the Scan Code to a sticker on the controller itself and not have it on a piece of paper that can be lost. Just like they do with alarm contacts or other things that need a scan to work with the WiFi.

I received these and immediately removed them from their packaging. They are well and neatly packaged. The instructions that come with it are unclear as to how to connect to it. There are two main problems with this item:1- there is no way to put the bluetooth module in pairing mode, so all your phone can do is detect that it's there. I restarted my phone, unplugged the item and rescanned for devices, plugged it back in, scanned for Bluetooth devices, found it, still unable to connect to it.2- apparently, the receiver has a specific identification which is denoted by a series of numbers and letters. However, nothing that comes with this product, or is contained within the app tells you exactly which identification model number you're supposed to choose in order to get it to connect to your phone. (there is one number contained in the instructions, and another contained within the app that are used as examples, and I tried them both but neither worked).Without Bluetooth connection, the item cannot be controlled and the colors cannot be changed. Essentially, it is just a string of lights that stays the same color all the time. I searched for and found the device on my phone which registered it as an available Bluetooth item to connect to. However, connecting to it was impossible. I tried unplugging and then plugging it in, doing a scan on my phone to see if I could connect it to the device, trying to connect while it was plugged in. Nothing happened. My phone could absolutely not connect to it constantly giving me the message unable to connect to Bluetooth device. The instructions are difficult to read because of the color and size of the print but after following the vague instructions that come with it and downloading the app from Google Play, all the lights did was stay on bright white when I turn them on and got very hot. Instructions should be more clear, and I haven't seen any reviews with anybody else having a problem connecting to to them.Would be a nice item if I could actually access the Bluetooth feature. Since I can't, they're worthless to me.All I could do is email customer service in frustration over a piece of information that should have been included with the product in the form of very specific instructions.UPDATE: never received a response from the company after emailing them about the problems I had. Second item I received did not work either. Search online for solution, could not find anything to help solve this problem. Don't understand why it is not registering with my phone. Returning product for refund. Very disappointed.

the lights were good. they did work. just not well enough. yes they were bright and they did turn on. but after about a month and a half of use, the light colors decided to switch. so for instance, i have four strands and i want to say maybe 2 or 3 out of the 4 strands have certain colors that are different then the ones i press. on one strand, if i click red it’ll go to green, if i click green it goes to blue and if i click blue it goes to red. or something like that. same with if i want to make new colors or go through the 120 colors they have on the switch. they are nice lights and they still do work, which i’m glad, and i don’t really mind that much having to pick the different colors but i wish they worked all the same. they should be cheaper but they’re still worth the money.

The media could not be loaded.  I have been looking for an led strip light that will pulse with the music or sound. This seams well built and functions nicely and is pretty easy to use. I did notice that the controller that is built in needs to be close to the music or sound source for it to work at its best. not sure how well the adhesive is for it to stick to the wall or back of the tv, will have to try that out later once i figure out where i want to put it

The media could not be loaded.  This is the second light strip I have purchased from this company. It was easy to install with the pre installed adhesive tape the item had. It has alot of different programmed modes to choose from. The light are really bright and vibrant with lots of color options. Item has a remote control to operate and choose the different color options it has. It is awesome that the light strip has an on / off button that goes to the last mode it was on. Great product for the money you cant go wrong.

The media could not be loaded.  I received my lights very well packed, everything in order, the first thing I found when opening the box is the manual to know how to use them and their control, then the strips of lights rolled up, and underneath their power supply. You do not have to be a professional to assemble them, the glue they bring is quite strong, the control works very well, I liked it a lot as it works with the music even if it is not so close to the speakers. I am very satisfied with my purchase, good price and quality.

This is a great led strip. Used it to run along the bottom side of my games desk to add some ambeint lighting, and wow was I suprised. They are super bright, easy to install, and have many different lighting options. The only slight issue I seem to have had was the adhesive doesn't hold along the whole strip but it doesnt cause it to hang or anything so it isnt a huge concern.
