Works great! No neck pain

Attached to my phone at work ... It was great! It was soft enough to be comfortable but sturdy enough to hold and give me proper lift off my shoulder! Finally could go home without a headache!

Prefer this head/ neck rest over & above a headset. It attaches to the phone receiver securely. I was getting a kink in my neck holding my shoulder awkwardly while I keying in and documenting on my computer taking inbound & making outbound phone calls at my job. This has helped immensely. Reasonable, clean & economical.

It's soft, comfortable, and was easy to install. It fit the handset of my Yealink phone perfectly.

I like this addition to my desk phone as it is helpful to keep the receiver on my shoulder when needed.

I can't believe I need this item in 2023, but I got it for my new office phone. It was super easy to apply and does its job. I don't have to tilt my neck anymore. I don't like headsets because I am on the phone hours per day and my ears hurt. This thing is perfect. I am going to get one more for my home office phone.

I got this thing because I work at an IT call center where I'm answering the phone all day and often typing at the same time. I expected to be able to use this to be able to type and talk comfortably, but the problem is that you still have to crane your neck to the side a bit to get the phone stable. And then let's say you want to hold the phone against your hear with one hand while using the mouse with the other - the additional girth the shoulder rest adds make this hard. So this doesn't feel like an upgrade over using a standard handset, more like a sidegrade that doesn't completely solve the original problem. It does help if you have the phone against your shoulder for prolonged periods, but the fact that you've still gotta tilt your head a good bit means that you aren't solving the actual problem, just mitigating it. I have wide shoulders and I think this device may work better for people with narrow shoulders since they theoretically won't have to lean as far since their base of support would be closer. I'll probably eventually end up just using a lightweight headset.
