Works as advertised. It's double glass walled. Keeps the tea hot for much longer than our regular mugs. The lid which I thought was just an extra, keeps the liquid hot for much longer. However the mug isn't glass through and through. It's 2 glass walls stick together, hence feels light and fragile. Serves the purpose though extremely well for now.

I have used this more than a couple of times now and I can say that it is a beautiful product ….. it’s surprisingly lite weight, which is a good thing. It’s keeps hot liquids hot and cold ones cold for a longer period time. Love the bamboo lid. The look and feel is aesthetic and pleasing. The packaging was done very well and delivered in-tact. Go for it 👍…… it’s kind of pricey though.

Too costly, the bamboo lid leaves a bad smell to the tea when u open it. It doesn’t keep your drink hot, May be for less than half an hour similar to any other mug, I don’t know if the glass lid would help, don’t buy bamboo lid one
