I have worn this waist trainer twice at the gym, and It really does work to protect the back, in fact its better than my gym belt. It also reminds me to pull my tum in when doing strength training.Comfortable to wear and stays in place. I would recommend this product.

I bought this product a couple of weeks ago and have found it very effective. I am normally a size 10-12 and the medium was a good fit. It helps with my posture and makes me think about how I’m standing. Hopefully I will start to see a slimmer waistline soon.

I have tried lots of different Waist Trainers over the last 10 Years, the hook & eye ones typically. This is the first Velcro one I’ve tried and so far I am very pleased. It’s comfy, it’s thick, the material feels very good for the value of the product and I love the fact I can wear it as tight or as loose as I’d like to. This is something that you don’t really get with hook & eye versions. It’s pretty undetectable under gym clothing, so perfect for working out in the gym or in public. Enhances my hourglass shape whilst keeping my posture good and makes the belly area sweat to help reduce wobbly skin!

I had never had a waist trainer belt before. The quality seems good and it is very sturdy, but I don't understand how you could exercise with this. I don't think I would recommend buying one.

This waist trainer is brilliant. I tried around 5, and the quality of this was was head and shoulders above the rest. It also cinches you in at the waist, helping to create a narrower waist. The only negative to the product is I would prefer it to be fractionally longer, so it covered all my lower stomach (maybe a longer and shorter version would be the way forward). I am able to sit in this, which is a plus. It is strong and robust and feels like it will last well. When it cinches you in, it also stays cinched in... Others I tried were too soft and didn't corset you in, whereas this one does. Overall I would highly recommend the waist belt. I am very pleased with it!

Its easy to use and comfortable to wear, the support in the lower back is great, and it can be worn easily under clothes to keep working for me all day.

I liked the length but the sizing was too off. According its sizing it says to get xl but its huge. Also so note comes inside it saying to email it as I been selected to receive it for free. That was a load of rubbish. Anyway returning it.

I’ve had this belt for about 3 days and I can already feel a difference around my waist! Give or take it’s not the most comfiest thing in the world to wear all day long but perfect when you go on long walks or do work outs. It also makes me feel more full when I’m eating which is great because I have a tendency to overeat haha. I like that the Velcro is kinda adjustable so you could have it tighter or looser depending on your body and what you like.
