It takes a little skill to get the knack of it to use for Marshmallows, but once you have it down, it weeks great.

at last, a uniform cut... I'm terrible at measuring
At last, I can have a uniform cut on my puff pastry. I am terrible at measuring or cutting a straight line for my French Cream Horns, [aka Lady Locks or Cream Horns]. This device allows me to set the distance and have a uniform cut for each strip. It is also useful for many other culinary projects. I look forward to discovering all the uses for this 5-wheel slicer.

Bent first time, terrible at cutting. Do not buy!
Both handles bent the first time using it and couldn’t even cut completely thru the first pass. A totally useless tool. I just went back to using a nice pastry cutter and ruler.

Makes fast work of cutting pastry
I bought this tool to quickly and easily cut puff pastry. Worked as I had hoped. It was easy to clean. I appreciate that the pastry slices are now uniform in size which makes the finish product look nicer.
