Great Lock in Every Way
So easy to set and use! This lock works smoothly and is a well-thought out piece of equipment. What a relief after struggling for months with a Kryptonite lock with keys. I never knew if that lock would open and having keys to wiggle around, and trying to get everything right drove me crazy! Now the smooth working and security of this lock is such a relief! THANK YOU!

Very poor quality and disappointing
This was a very low quality product. The switch that operated the dust-proof cover was very unreliable and I found myself at times unable to access the gears and unlock my bike. After about a month, the button that opened the lock also stopped working. I had to throw it away as a result because I feared being unable to open the lock. Very poor quality and disappointing.Edit: Lumintrail reached out and was very apologetic for the defective product. They sent a replacement which is working well. I appreciate them making it right.

Also the U size is "quite" small and not at all very useful for securing to much of anything

This bike lock is amazing, just make sure to read the instructions so that you'll know when you can reset the 4-digit lock. Color and appearance is a great plus as well
