Because it is sticky it can stay a long time on a wound or sore place you never know it's there.It does the job when other tapes fall off or curl or come loose. It has helped me with sore toes knees etc,I think it is one of the best tapes available to the public. Unless you are going to an emergency room and receive other types of tape more suitable for you at that time. But for quick tape that needs to work. P Tape is definitely the best tape available. I believe there is a pre tape that can be applied first. Makes P tape less sticky and P tape isn't as effective in my opinion then.

I really bought this for blister protection but it doesn’t work well for that.

This is amazing tape. I had a fellow backbacker rescue me (and my feet that felt like raw hamburger). I've been protecting my toes and heals with it on hikes ever since. It is super sticky, so it stays on for days of hiking. In fact its so sticky that can be a downside if your wanting to remove the tape after each use. But if you buy the coordinating white stuff- its perfect skin protectant. When using both- it can be removed daily if desired. I've not had a blister since I began using this product. Even shared it with a friend who is a softball pitcher, she uses it on her thumb to protect her skin from damage.

THE TAPE ARRIVED IN SOFT PACKAGING THAT HAD APPARENTLY HAD A VERY HEAVY WEIGHT COMPRESS IT. THE TAPE IS RUFFLEDAND BARELY USABLE. I SHOULD RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT.

Carried this during my Camino walk and used it to dress my blister. Worked really well in keeping the dressing in place and did not peel and stick to my socks despite the long walks an d sometimes sweaty feet. Will definitely take it on all my long walks.

I tape patients alot. NOTHING else comes close. I use cover roll as base layer. stays on for 3-5 days. does not snap and sticks like hell. Worth the money you pay.

I have a knee weakness after an injury caused my kneecap to keep dislocating. This tape helps to give support for movement of my knee. Used with hypafix medical tape under it. It is the exact tape my physiotherapist uses.
