It is important, and interesting, to note this information because while the lake has been concentrating inorganic salts in its waters for thousands of years, the total soluble concentrations of heavy metals are actually low. Fantastic product! I've used this for years! The bottle lasts a long time. It's easy to use. The value is worth it. The bottle is of good durability and quality. It softens your water, and the taste is slight. Some people may not notice it at all. I love it. I would recommend it, and I'll continue to purchase it for years to come! It's good for hydration too.

My podiatrist recommended this Trace Mineral Concentrate for leg cramps. I'm taking a diuretic medicine, and he said that it depletes electrolytes. After just 3 days of taking 10-12 drops of this concentrate in a glass of water, the leg cramps disappeared entirely. Great stuff, good for you. It's a tiny bit bitter to taste, but I discovered that putting it in at least 8 ounces of water dissipates the bitterness. You could use juice too.

This is an effective electrolyte solution that's more economical and environmentally friendly than buying bottles of electrolyte water. Put several drops in your hiking backpack water bladder for all-day hydration, or a couple drops in a big glass of water. But be careful not to put too much!
