It's a buffing/polishing compound, not a course stone. It's used on a buffing wheel to polish metals, it's like a clay almost. You would want a sharpening stone for knives.

Q: will it work well to polish epoxy?

It can. but stick compound is used with a buffer wheel and will likely produce heat, which may soften the glue and prevent a gloss shine.

Q: Can I use to buff out minor scratches on clear glass tabletops and glass stove tops

Haven’t used these on glass before, but I have buffed, and mirror polished steel, and aluminum. Glass might be too hard for these compounds to cut.

Great value for the money. I've been using this to polish antique drawer pulls as well as jewelry and it works great! Seems to be lasting a long time too!
