Bigmuscles beta alanine is also great. It had this fresh lime flavor to it. I use it as my pre workout and this does the job. Good results and good pump.

This supplement will only be useful to advanced lifters (people who have atleast 4 or 5 years of consistent training) to make negligible gains. Beginners and intermediate lifters will build muscle just fine without thisPros:1)Tastes great2)Gives you that characteristic tingling sensation of beta alanine. (If you find this desirable)Cons:1)Like creatine this needs to be taken consistently for a period to get any benefit.2)Will only benefit sets which last more than 60 seconds (most sets will NOT last this long). In short you'll do marginally better in sets with 20+ reps and cardio exercises.3) BIGGEST drawback is that this powder easily absorbs atmospheric moisture. And it will become hard and unusable within a week or so. The packets inside designed to absorb moisture doesn't get the job done. I live in a place with moderate to high humidity so that could be adding to the issue.I wouldnt say it's worth the money. But if you want to try it for a change go for it.

i have been working out from last 1 year and tried almost everything. this pre workout is cost effective and really gives you that kick during your workout. go for it without any second thought.

Amazon please don't give such kind of products to us, these suppliments are costly, and we are receiving such kind of damaged products, i request also Big Muscles group to check for this and improve the quality, durability and everything, i literally received the clusters of Beta Alanine.... Very much disappointed
