Mount Vision Soft Pastels- These pastels are made by Karl Kelly, who draws upon his experience as a oil paint maker to bring pastels to a brand new level. Karl has spent years researching traditional pigments and advances in synthetic color technology to develop a new line of high quality, handmade soft pastels. Heavily pigmented and using a combination of marble dust, chalk, and clay, all of the pastels have a wonderfully smooth and creamy feel. Each pastel is hand rolled and allowed to air dry, creating a unique feel for each one. The Mount Vision Pastel Company brings out each colors best qualities while honoring their fundamental nature.
