Las placas, si bien son mas gruesas a las que trae el modelo 8PCe ajustan al grill sin problema. No trae clips por lo que o hay que comprarlos o quitarselos a las placas que tengas para acoplarselos a las waffleras. Me pareció un producto de buena calidad. I was hesitant to buy these waffle plates because of reviews that said they didn't fit well, but I didn't end up having any issues (my Griddler model is the GR-4N). The plates I received snap into place as they should, fit well and heat evenly.The basic waffle recipe in the accompanying booklet is great too, except for some reason I can only ever get 15 of the 16 squares filled from the batter LOL.I admit I was a little put out by the price, as it's almost the same as buying a stand alone waffle maker and I had already spent quite a bit for the original appliance. But to be fair, I do like the design and washability aspect, and storing extra plates is definitely easier than storing another full size appliance

This Kridler is the best. I absolutely love it. We have only had it a short time, but I’ve cooked so many things on it. We did order the extra waffle grids. And it is exceptionally easy to clean up. I like the fact that you can completely remove them for cleaning and they are dishwasher safe. It heats up quickly and heat is distributed evenly. It also looks very nice sitting on my counter .So far I have no complaints. I would definitely buy this as a gift for someone knowing myself how well it works.
