I bought this for my wife to treat a knee injury. I have to say that I am very impressed with this product. It freezes up and stays cold for a long time. The straps are long enough to secure the pack tight to the impacted area. The liner is great and it feels comfortable on the skin. The pack is flexible enough to wrap around the knee and stay in place. It made durable and all stitching is tight and high quality. I recommend this to anyone needing pain relief on their knees.

This ice pack is amazing!! There is one for the foot and ankle as well that comes in matching colors which is super nice. This helped me so much when I had surgery and lasted so much longer than regular ice packs. The soft side is so comfortable and soft and even with freezing it it hasn't worn down at all. I do freeze it inside the bag so it doesn't get all gross which helps. Highly recommend if you want an ice pack that lasts and is so easy to use

The ice packs are great. Plenty big, velcro straps more than sturdy. Soft underside that doesn't "freeze " bare skin. Even come with their own freezer storage bags to keep them separate from frozen foods.

This ice pad is well-constructed, especially its velcro system. Traditional Velcro will fray and fall apart after many close and open. This one is very unique. Hard to describe, but I can see it lasting much longer. It gave my sprained knee good relief. There's a soft (almost towel-like) side so you don't get an ice burn. The other side is much colder for a more immediate chill. This is a good investment if you're into active sports, martial arts, etc.

This is the 3rd one I’ve purchased — 2 for me and 1 for a friend (who immediately purchased another one!). The very best ice pack ever!! Stays cold so long — I love that you can turn it over and the other side is cold again. Comfortable Velcro straps. I never want to be without this!!

Great ice wrap that forms to your knee. It covers both sides and front of knee. Worked great for post knee replacement surgery.

Love this!!! I can wear my ice pack while I’m working and it helps me get through my day. Stays cold for hours and then I switch out at lunch. Great quality, fits my BIG legs which is hard to find.
