love all of megafood’s vitamins and supplements… easy on your stomach and my kiddo loves the taste of the gummies!

Was told by my Dr. to start taking 1000IU of vitamin D. I don't like swallowing pills so the gummy form is advantageous. If you do not like the taste of ginger you may not like these. The flavor is VERY ginger forward which I don't mind. We'll see if it improves my Vit D levels but it's an enjoyable way to get it into your diet.

I’m hoping these help my vitamin d levels! I can’t review that aspect yet but they taste okay, I didn’t realize there’s ginger in them which I do not like but it’s not a deal breaker. Gummies are easier for me to take than pills, these are pretty small so they are easy to take. I’ve ordered two containers both have been soft and easy to chew.

So glad to find gummy vitamins I don't hate! It does taste like ginger but not like raw ginger, it's like if you had ginger candies or tea.

Update to 5 stars:Megafood verified that the seller is authorized and that labels have changed. The wrong strength was because of a labeling glitch and Pattern (the seller) made it right.I have used these Megafood gummies for years and I am very particular about the quality of vitamins. Highly recommend.******Please see photo. The label looks different than the normal Megafood one, and the strength is 2,000 IU, not the 1,000 that I ordered.I’ve reached out to both Megafood (web contact form) and the seller (voicemail) and will update this review when I hear back. But right now I’m suspicious.

I can no longer find these in store locally :(I’ve tried other similar products that make me vomit, so this is the best for me :)
