Affordable Wire in a Neat box! (works well for small electrical projects)
The wire quality is decent. Strips easy, and worked well for what I needed, though the shrink tubbing is not as flexible as I hoped and made it difficult for small projects. The wire was more than enough! Love the box design and how compact it all came together. If you're making repairs on cassette players, speakers, etc, this wire works perfectly!

Awesome wire for the price.
I've been working in the electronics field for over 40 years and know my way around wires. I know test lead silicone wire is expensive and only used for special projects. I was a little worried about this wire after reading some of the 1 star reviews. Well, either they had the wrong wire or maybe not very experienced with soldering. First I would like to say the silicone insulation is very flexible and heat resistant. Second, the wire solders just fine. I had no issues with the flux core solder I was using ( Kestor "44" Rosin Core #66/44). I think maybe the bad reviewer didn't have a hot enough soldering tip. I was soldering 14ga wire with a Weller station at 700 degrees and the solder flowed beautifully. i would not hesitate to buy this wire again for future projects. The cost was well worth the quality.

High quality, very flexible wire at a great value
As a professional technician and home electronics hobbyist, I purchased this wire to make some alligator-clip leads. Results are excellent, far better than the pre-made test leads that can be had at any reasonable price. I ordered the 18-gauge variety, for a combination of current-carrying capacity and flexibility that suits my needs. The silicone jacket of this wire is flexible and supple. It strips easily and does not melt at normal soldering temperatures, I was able to solder alligator clips to it with the jacket crimped, and there was no notable melting or deforming of the jacket. It remains flexible at sub-zero temperatures, unlike most of the common vinyl jacketed wires which rapidly become useless in the cold. The high strand count makes for a very flexible wire, while minimizing breakage due to normal wear and tear, and also helping to some extent to reduce inductive and skin effects at higher frequencies. As professionals know, high strand count is the standard in pro-grade test lead wires found on quality test gear. It's probably best to use a little supplemental flux when soldering the thicker gauges of wire, it will make the process go much more smoothly with less heat, and help the solder to penetrate deeply into the many strands. I'd also recommend twisting and tinning the end if you plan to use it with screw terminals, since fine-stranded wire can be a bit of a mess in that circumstance. The soft silicone jacket may not be suitable for applications where resistance to mechanical abuse is required, as it is somewhat less resistant to slicing or chafing than plastic/vinyl jackets. The product was shipped very quickly and packaged well, and included some color coded heat-shrink tubing and zip ties, which I won't use for my current project but will add to my parts bin.

Great deal and comes with ample cable management/organization
I recently purchased the 30 AWG Silicone Wire Kit Spool from Fermerry, and I have to say, it's a great deal for the money. I love that it comes with spools of wire in six different colors, making it easy to keep track of which wire goes where. Plus, the cable management and sleeves that come with it are a nice touch. While the wires do feel a little flimsy, that's mainly just because they are the small 30AWG wires. They are still very flexible and easy to work with, which is a huge plus. The silicone coating also makes them very durable and resistant to breaking or fraying.Overall, I would highly recommend this wire kit to anyone in need of small-gauge wire for electronics projects. The price is unbeatable, and the quality is great. The different colors make it easy to keep track of what you're working with, and the cable management and sleeves are a nice added bonus. Thanks, Fermerry!

Great for quads!
I was fiddling with 22-guage servo/Dupont jumpers on my quads. For longer runs I was using cannibalized Ethernet strands. I knew for the vibration a quad encounters, I really needed flexible silicone wire. It's also resistant to soldering temperatures, which is nice. Then I realized, "Hey. These are digital signals. 5v at 40 mA max. If I look at the ampacity of small-gauge wire, I see that even AWG 30 wire can handle 500 mA. (there's a picture attached of what my big F450 quad looks like using 22 AWG servo/Dupont connectors. They look more like giant cables than wires. As a test, I decided to replace the LED data line with 38 AWG motor winding wire. It functioned perfectly, and was nearly invisible, but working with it was tricky. it was hard to see when I was installing it, hard to keep straight (since there's no colors), hard to strip and delicate. I knew I needed something more "normal."I realized that if I used AWG 30 silicone wire, then it will be vibration and heat-resistant, simple to route flush into corners of the quad (vs stiff wire), and save weight. It won't be hard to bend, or choose its own annoying direction. I also needed to get color-coded wire that I could see and that I wouldn't get mixed up when wiring the GPS, i2c, serial, LEDs, OLED, camera, gimbal, etc. I still needed thicker wires for motors and stuff, but for signal lines, it seemed that 30 AWG silicone would be much better than the common 22 AWG PVC.I wish I could find a 30 AWG silicone ribbon cable, or otherwise some type of wire-bundle. Routing all the individual wires (power, ground, Rx, Tx for most accessories) is hard to do neatly. The box that came is really nice. The holes are well-placed to keep it from being messy. I don't know why I was surprised at how small the box is. The length and thickness of the wire is exactly what I wanted. The box fits on my crowded workbench, which is a great bonus. In the picture you can see the size on my new 5" quad and alongside a standard 30 x 30 flight controller. The colors of the wires is clear to see, but they're a little "pastel" for my taste. The wire is super-flexible. It works great for all my 5v signal lines. I'll have to check the draw of my other accessories (GPS, OLED, buzzer, receiver, &c) before using it on them.In conclusion, I'm really happy with this purchase. It's a great price for the right length (10 feet) of really thin flexible wire that will be perfect on my quads. This review written with the promise of a gift for me taking the time to write one. However they made no suggestion at all that my review be positive. I've tried hard to be balanced, just to prove I'm not being "bought," but I can't really think of anything to criticize. It's what you would expect, packaged in a thoughtfully-designed box for a great price.
