Good addition to multivitamins.
These are great little bite-size gummy’s. I don’t usually get gummy vitamins, but I do like the B12 option. I have tried the cranberry and the ginger and I like them both.I love the natural ginger flavor. These are not too hard and not too soft so they are too my liking And I always trust this brand for quality vitamins and ingredients.Thank you mega food!

Great tasting way to get your B12 and energy!
I'm picky about vitamins and know that I need more B12. All "gummy" style vitamins are not equal - these are the best I've had, they neither taste too sugary nor do they leave any kind of artificial aftertaste. Most importantly, I notice a definite difference when I am regularly taking these (I feel a LOT more energy). I tried a similar B12 gummy and couldn't finish the bottle, these are definitely my go-to and I've been successfully using for over a year.

Perfect dose
I feel better when I have extra B12 in my diet. I have been looking for a low dose B12. I didn't like the idea of super mega doses of a vitamin. I was so excited when I found this. I had been using their kids b complex, but wanted to steer away from b6. This is perfect, exactly what I need.

New formula is horrible compared to previous
Recipe/formula changed with no warning and this is AWFUL compared to the previous product. Absolutely terrible texture and taste, completely different than previous version (which I have in front of me and did a side-by-side comparison). I will be calling the company and asking to return.
