I bought this to cover a wooden futon I put on an uncovered cement patio in Austin, Tx. It has been there 5 months, and still works beautifully. I read some complaints about water leakage, but we had thunderstorms with strong winds and 1 inch of rain our gauge last night, and no water on the futon. Back in October, when the temperature dropped 30 overnight from a high in the 80's or 90's, I did find water on the inside of the cover. Literally, on the cover and not the futon except where the cover touched it. This was condensation caused by heat from the concrete patio on the underside of the cover and cool night air on top. It has vents to prevent this, but the cover is larger than my futon and reaches to the concrete, plus some. Hard to release the warm air, when there's no airflow underneath.

Was looking for a replacement for my original covers, which lasted a few years!Read the reviews and settled on these.They are extremely well made.I like the additional straps and tie downs that are belt in.So far, they have remained intact, even during 40-50 mile an hour gusts!I was able to use the lower tie downs to bind the large sofa to the railing, preventing it from being blown away.Highly recommend!

I love how this material is sturdy and keeps my patio furniture dry.

Looks and fits great! Too soon to know how it holds up at my sometimes extremely windy waterfront home.

Purchased these for outdoor furniture in a covered patio. They do a good job keeping the pine pollen off and protecting the furniture during storms.

My husband and I live in the northern U.S. where the winter can be a bit harsh, so we bought this to protect a piece of our nice outdoor furniture that we were unable to store. The material is truly heavy duty canvas and the loops that go around the feet of your furniture are adjustable. There is also a drawstring that tightens around the bottom. I'm very pleased with this purchase, so the only thing I would mention is that the foot loops don't expand quite as much as we needed (feet are 4 inches square), but we were able to rig it to work for us. 2 things to note: First, you'll see in the picture that we have a brick placed on top of the cover - this is because our furniture is very light and slides around in the gale force winds we get in the winter - it has nothing to do with the cover; and secondly, the cover is a little bit big for our couch, so it looks like the drawstring is not tight - that is not the case. Even if the couch blows away, that cover will still be on it! :) Overall, I would absolutely recommend this cover!

I’m t definitely keeps my patio furniture clean and dry.

Strong fabric, very protective and has the ability to tighten around the legs. Also very roomy, I could fit my ottomans and the cover as well.

I tried to write a review saying how this product did not work and Amazon didn’t post if because it didn’t follow guidelines ??? I purchased as in indoor couch cover to prevent my cats from having accidents on the couch and surely enough my cat peed on the couch and it went right through the cover and ruined my couch. This product is not “100% waterproof” like they claim. I highly do not recommend this product if you’re looking for something that is waterproof ! Also really weird that Amazon wouldn’t let me write my 1 star review initially ! Disappointed

Very good quality & workmanship.This a water resistant material.Seems durable material… time will tell.This is the perfect size for 2 sofa chairs + side table.

Though a little too big, it's great quality product and serves it's purpose.
