TP-Link RANGE AC2600 RANGE EXTENDER, white, RE650, Wifi Extender

Nice and okay

This range extender is so effective that its range is really very good and plus point it can be set up from your iphone/android phone by downloading the tether app from the app/play store. Lights can be turned off by going in the settings of the device, it will create 2.4 Ghz_Ext and 5 Ghz_Ext connections. Most important part is that it gives overall good speed of wifi for all connections.

Very easy to setup, almost took less then 5 minutes to setup, works very well even beyond 2 rooms, extends great amount of signals as well. speed is stable as its extender not router itself, will definitely recommend to anyone searching for extenders. Good results as I expected.

It took less than 5min to set up through a very simple process. You search for the network, input the password and a couple of more prompts later you’re done.My WiFi signal was very poor in my room, about 1/5 bars at the entrance and nothing past that. It now has full coverage in every corner.If you then download the app it all becomes even better, you can control pretty much anything you need: changing networks, passwords, checking who’s connected to what and other things like that.It’s not the cheapest product but I’m very happy so far.Definitely recommended.

After the setup, I have a good signal, yet during video conference I lost the connection more than once, so there is connection to the network but not the internet.To solve this problem, I moved the Tp-Link Ac2600 to 2 meters and after that everything works fine.So IMHO the unit should be installed at a high level to ensure proper internet connection , that why I gave it a low rating as the Tp-Link Ac2600 comes with a wall socket and most of the house wall sockets are at around 40 cm. This unit sholud come with an extension cord to be hanged at a high level so the signal would have better coverage

It works fine with a good coverage area

The extender died after few days from purchase! This never happened to me before for any device. It simply died. Never buy this product if you are keen on your money
