I will make it short and sweet. Personally I drink Amazing Grass after breakfast and I experience a steady flow of natural energy throughout the day. Amazing Grass goes directly into your blood-stream as opposed to waiting for a pill to digest. I like the powder form over the pill form, much easier to swallow. You get the same benefits if not greater, than standard OTC multi-vitamins.

ORAC is formulated with a special blend to achieve a high ORAC score of 15,000 ORAC units. We know this blend will be highest in antioxidant value and have not tested our other blends.

Q: Is this keto friendly?

It is my understanding that a total of 8 fruits and vegetables are used in this organic powder. The fruits and veggies are dehydrated, then ground to a fine powder, all mixed together and put into the container. I believe it would be difficult to sort out which fruits and veggies and how much of each is included in one scoop. They are all ground up and mixed together, so when they say 1 full serving of fruits and veggies, how can anyone determine how much of one certain fruit or one certain vegetable is included in one scoop, when it is all ground to a fine powder and mixed together. I think they are assuming that because its all mixed together, that you are bound to get a little of each ground up fruit and vegetable. I hope this helps answer your question and how they make that statement.
