Q: What diameter is the hole in the back of the enclosure?

It fits a 4 inch vent pipe, normal size pipe for flexible vent tubes. Mine is vented to the outside with a cheap vent fan on a rheostat so that I can pront obnoxious plastics without the odor or toxic gasses.

Q: Will this fit an Anycubic Chiron?

Yes, it's compatible with the Anycubic Chiron.

Q: Does this help with abs interested in getting it for my cr-10s pro v2 ?

Yes indeed. ABS is more sensitive to temperature, so ensuring that the temperature stays constant and that there are no drafts on your print is key. I use it with my Ender 5 Plus. Ensure it's the right size for your printer. This one is really large.
