Replaced the 2 AA battery harness in my Telrad with this. Works great. Flimsy, but it's not under any stress. Seems to be holding up ok so far.

Work as desired and are nice and small (thin) which is what I wanted... Just wish they were black, but a Sharpie worked well enough.

Not many options out there if you are looking for this kind of battery holder. Only strike I took off of this was for durability. I used them in a welding helmet to replace the solar charged batteries. I expect them to hold up because it shouldn't be impacted by anything, unless something falls on my head! ;)If you have a similar application where it will be protected from an impact it should work fine.As others stated, there is instructions to identify the polarity on the leads, but boy are they hard to see, especially for older eyes! A volt meter, if you have one, helps to make sure your polarity is correct.

Used this to replace a soldered-in CMOS battery on a vintage TNC. Works great. Only gotcha was that I crossed the positive and negative leads the first time...

Those two traits are not typically together in a product, but this one delivers. I'm using it for an action figure project and it fit perfectly into the character's backpack. If you put a 2025 (3 volt) battery into it, the switch and wires handle the extra voltage with no problem. Two micro LEDs are bright and beautiful thanks to this little battery pack. Will definitely buy more if I end up with more projects like this one.

Definately something to get if your adding lights to models or art/crafts.Ordered two 5 or 10 pack battereys and 4 extra of these holders with switch. Only thing is that the battereys dont tell you how long they last. Really easy to hide the batterey holder in my 1:24 and 1:25 scale model kits

Perfect for small toys, magic tricks, anything needing 3volts.

Got this to use with some SMD Leds and design a lithophane beer tap handle. It would be a good idea to mark the Positive wire with a marker cause the way they mark it is not really clear. Think it was a white line which is a little hard to see on the transparent insulation. The lid snaps shut and holds very well.Not really a testament of these holders, but was able to power 4 smd leds for long long time with just one battery. One of my Beer Taps was left on overnight after already being used multiple times and is still working. So you can do a lot with these in projects and low power operations like smd leds.

Did the job but I had to check the wires with a voltmeter to be sure I had the correct polarity because that wasn't very clear. I still gave it 5 stars though because I would have checked it with my voltmeter anyway just to be sure!

Very easy to use! About $3/piece and makes for quick work to get an led fully functional without wondering how/where to put a toggle.
