I like the length and fit. I would have liked them without pockets on the side. It adds bill to your thighs. LOL!

**I BOUGHT AND RECEIVED A SIZE 12, NOT SIZE 14, AMAZON PUT SIZE 14 IN DESCRIPTION HEADER AND WON’T LET ME CHANGE IT**I am an over age 60 woman, 5’ 5” tall, weigh 151 lbs. and bought a size 12, (not a 14) . Like many older women I carry more weight around my waist than I’d prefer but wanted to help if I could for sizing purposes. The size 12 is just right, with the zip up/snap front they sit comfortably around my waist, not too high or low, and are just loose enough to not feel too tight or create “muffin top”. Because the material is a nylon fast drying type these shorts do not stretch or shrink after long wear or washing.. I do not put them in the dryer.So the size you order will always be what it is when you receive them. The pockets are deep which is greatas I carry my phone and keys and they are fully in the pockets, no fear of them falling out. Built in panty is great feature!The 3” length may sound short but I find that to be a perfect length for me. My legs are average sizemore on the thinner side, not thick thighs, on me the shorts look a bit baggy in the lower legárea but that’s fine by me. Love the turquoise, plan on purchasing more colors if available.

Like the look, fit and performance

They fit great! Perfect to wear for a walk on the beach and keep my phone in the pocket. They also dry fast!

Great material, smooth, not shiny, good fit for somewhat curvy mama, very comfortable. Color is great. Only thing could make it better isone or two back pockets if only for apeearance’s sake.Haven’t used for swimming, which was the purpose, but I feel confident they will be good and not drag with soppiness.

Maybe you should go one size smaller. But in the other hand they are made very well the material is soft . The color is bright & true to the picture

These swim shorts are the perfect color and size however, when I opened the package the snap/button fell out of the bag. This would have definitely been a 5 star rating because the fit is relaxed and the color matches my tankini top perfectly.

I’m very pleased with these swim shorts. They don’t look frumpy and have built in panty for modesty and comfort. No need to wear anything underneath. I have search high and low in the shops to find shorts with built in pants but they don’t seem to be available in England. These come all the way from America. Which brings me to the size ...I ordered a 14 thinking it was a UK size but when they arrived they fitted perfectly. So I agree with a previous reviewer to size up.Will be buying another pair.

I ordered a size up from my usual clothes and they fit great. Quality is fantastic and they are long enough to cover the backside but not too baggy in the leg. I have a long body and these shorts sit on my natural waist. The back elastic waistband means they fit well. Would love them in a navy colour. Very happy with my purchase
