Black powder eye makeup.
I've been buying Barry M for at least 4 decades. It was the first black eye shadow that I was able to get hold of. I loved it then and still do, (although I probably don't apply it as liberally as I used to). It is a good definite black. The compressed powder is fine and smooth and easy to apply with a sponge wand, shaped brushđď¸ or even, if necessary, a finger. You can use a fine, wet brush for a more eye liner look. It has always been very good value for money and one of the reasons I have continued to use it through the years is it clearly stated it did not test on animals long before most other cosmetic companies.

Lovely and subtle
This is perfect for daytime as it's subtle; it doesn't crease. As an older women it is not too overstated, but could be layered for evening. I'll definitely buy again.

Nice colour and consistency
Nice base colour that's matte and a decent quality However the lid broke off after dropping it about 30cm so not the best container.
