A friend of mine stated that she used it every day. She said she would put 3 drop in water and drink it. Also sometimes she just put 3 drops in her mouth and was good for her health.

It is the end of February and seven drops of this stuff (in my daily breakfast coffee) and no colds or flu. It isn't proof positive but maybe it helps stave off the bad viruses. Who knows? But I am taking this daily until June.

Oregano isn't the best taste, but it definitely helped with my allergies. I suffer from severe allergies. Watery eyes with discharge, cough, chest congestion, itchy ears, itchy eyes, itchy throat, itchy nose, stuff/runny nose, uncontrollable sneezing fits that won't stop. I take prescribed allergy meds daily, all year long. Since I started taking this oil, I haven't had any of these issues even on high pollen days. I walk about 2 hours a day outdoors and I have sneezed at times, but haven't had any of my other symptoms since I started using this. I needed this in my life.

I was in the hospital with diverticulitis in December. This was one of the supplements they told me to take when I felt a possible issue coming on. This is like an anabiotic for your belly and your colon. Again it is a supplement it really does help if you want to nip this issue in the bud.

I like using Oregano Oil as a microbial and we take a few drops when we are feeling a cold coming on. This product can be put in a smoothie or juice and the taste is a bit milder. My kids don't seem to noitce it as much as other kinds of Oregano. Also, you can put this in a carrier oil and apply to the skin (cuts/scrapes) to prevent infection.

I put at least 20 drops in my coffee in the mornings and it helps wake me up. I tried just putting a few drops in my mouth straight and wow you got to be tough to do that often.
