The frame was packed nice and securely, not even a scratch when it arrived! It seems to hold the picture I used in place without the need for adhesive and is easy to set up.

Frame is perfect for the job. Remember to go up one size for whatever you want framed

The hinge to hold the two panes of glass was put on the side instead of on the top directly, which is a poor design since the glass can easily slide out if not hung perfectly leveled. You get what you pay for, but they are pretty to look at an a good affordable solution if you aren't looking to spend big bucks on framing.

This was exactly what we were looking for - the ability to show front and back of an image to display a handwritten note on the backside. Not shown in the stock pictures is a tiny pad used to separate the two glass panes. Not intrusive but wasn't expecting it.

The glass was clean and it was delivered with care! Love the way it looks just standing up! Very modern!!

I ordered 3 white "8x10" frames as gifts, and all 3 arrived with broken latches (see photos). One latch even fell out of the plastic wrap meant to keep the packaging in place - the latch was in pieces inside the box. The other two latches were still inside the plastic wrap, but the screws had been ripped from the frame. I understand a mistake or a single faulty product, but for all of the products to be sold broken? That's a management issue, and it feels like they quickly resold returned, broken items. These were meant to be Christmas gifts, and now I'm left without gifts to give. I would like a full refund.Additional info: I've removed the frames from the packaging to see what condition they were in. These are definitely not worth $20 each. I'd pay $5 tops for these. They are poor construction and are covered in some fibrous material that's shed all over the place. Avoid.
