Update sparkling water maker
Overall we like this product. It is a pain to set up, but we expected that given that I wanted to move away from soda stream type systems and go to one which was cheaper using a large volume CO2 canister. It certainly is more economical, though the initial costs are definitely high.(about $850 given unit, cost of tank and regulator). You do have to run a waterline to the unit, as well as the gas line from the CO2 tank. You have to purchase a regulator, which also adds to the expense although in the long run it certainly saves money. I only have two particular complaints about this machine: the level of carbonation and instructions/customer service. Itâs well-known that soda stream type carbonation is certainly less than you would get from your typical carbonated beverage or club soda. Despite running the pressure in the machine higher than actually requested(75 psa), the level of carbonation is definitely not to the level of club soda. I typically run it much less than the safety valve on the machine, but higher than the instructions reported (120 PSA, which is highest high is my regulator will allow) and the carbonation is about the same as using a soda stream machine. It doesnât seem to be the 6 g/L of carbonic acid reported, which is typically what you would see in a soft drink or fountain soda dispenser. However, overall Iâm satisfied with the unit. The second complaint is the instructions, which is very poorly written and a very broken English. Itâs obviously a Chinese company with poor English skills. I did contact customer service to see if there was something wrong as a level of carbonation was not what I expected, but once again their replies are hard to completely understand as the English is very broken and very precise terms are hard to get across. Overall I do recommend the machine, as long as you go into it knowing itâs limitations.About to hit second year and the compressor motor goes out, so it will not chill any longer. What does customer service do---Nothing. They state its out of warrranty so they will not do anything. $700 for less than 2 years of service is terrible. No answers, no help. This is typical chinese service-DO NOT BUY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. DO NOT USE ANY OTHER DISTRIBUTOR EITHER, LIKE TENDYES- THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AS WELL. THEY ARE ALL THE SAME, SAME ADDRESSES BUT STATE THEY ARE DIFFERENT. STAY AWAY CONSUMER BEWARE.

Worked Great, until it didn't. Prompt manufacturer response.
I really liked this unit for the 10 months that it worked. Our family managed to go through three 20# CO2 bottles, we used it so much. Feature-wise, the product works well, cold, tap, and bubble water on tap at any time. Our problems started one day when the unit started making some loud noises during one of the cycles. After that, the CO2 charge system would kick on during the chilling cycle and it would not turn off, it would run until the unit was powered off for some time. I worked with the manufacturer service and exchanged videos and suggestions, but there was something that had failed in the carbonation control. The manufacturer promptly issued a full refund (without requiring return of the unit - take from that what you will).I looked in to other products, and this unit is the only product like this at this price point, the next product up is a full double the price. If you are looking for an inexpensive countertop carbonator, this might be a good choice, but it might be a roll of the dice if you get one that either works for a long time or that you can replace in the 1 year warranty period.

Very Easy to Use
Very easy to useâŚonce set up. CO2 regulator & fittings necessary for final set up are not included in box! This is a most-crucial piece; it would have made setting up a lot smoother. Instead I had to run all over town looking for a not-so-common accessory. Once set up, however, works like a charm! Still experimenting with the pressure for the soda water, right now at 100 psi â even though, manual called for 75+/-5 psi.

As advertised
Arrived exactly on time! The âbrandâ of this fountain is Lifeplus. It came with everything I needed to rig it up. I used the water line to my ice maker in the fridge. Itâs a lot bigger than it looks. I havenât tested the carbonation functions because the fittings on my CO2 tank broke. Buyer beware, some may need the help of a plumber or handyman to install this.Edit: lasted 3-4 years before it broke.

It was good before it died
It started by venting off all of my CO2. Ok...got that fixed by monitoring the CO2 levels in the air and when it got high, I knew that the machine was venting and I got it cleared after contacting support. Then, the pump started going out of control. I contacted support and they told me to dispense everything out of the machine. This fixed it for 3-4 hours. It got louder and louder. Then, a strange, sudden peace. It started shutting itself off and turning itself on every minute or so. Before I even had an opportunity to contact support, I realized that the water pump died. It's all over. Had it for 9 months before it died a sudden death. It suffered greatly, despite my TLC. RIP water dispenser...RIP.

Works very good, had DIY before and this is the best.
Use a 5 Gallon water bottle and a pump, works great. Setup took me 15 min, most difficult CO2 pipe to the regulator, all other easy.Edit 12th November: After two months now and about 6 CO2 bottles, home use, Iâll send it back. Itâs just takes so much CO2, normally for that time frame would be max 2 bottles as I had with my DIY. No leak, just takes a lot of CO2. Sometimes a inside pump is running forever. So sad, looks really great butâŚ

Crappy quality and no chance of customer service
After the warranty ran out, it developed a co2 leak and wonât carbonate water. I reached out to the seller to find help to repair it, for over $600 you would think you could get some kind of help to get it repaired. I was ready to pay for parts or service. You can forget getting any semblance of help from this seller. Donât purchase this thing.

Nice soda water
It took forever to get it working, but after all that, it's great now. Nice and cold and sparkly. I took off one star for the lack of sufficient instructions.
