I don’t normally do body butter as I find it just leaves me sticky. However, this is great. Easily absorbed on my feet and calves. Don’t even have to wash my hands as rub my hands together and they are left soft and dry. Fabulous scent and I’m sure it has helped my sleep. Lovely moisturised skin as well. My second purchase, it’s that good.

I know that the evidence for transdermal absorption of magnesium is weak, but I swear this stuff is magic. I apply it every night to my plantar fascia, ankles, shins, calves, lower back, mid back, shoulders, and neck and it really helps relax them. It could just be a placebo effect, sure, but when I have forgotten to use it I have woken up in a ton of pain and only realised later in the day that I had forgotten to take it. That would seem to suggest it actually works. The smell is really nice as well and it’s extremely rich and moisturising. I was uncertain about applying something that rich to my back, which doesn’t need moisturising, in the event it might trigger pimples or something, but it didn’t. All in all I will never be without this again! Oh and I’ve used it on my mum’s cramping muscles and it seems to help — whether that’s because of the massage-style motion, the psychological benefit of having someone caring for her, or the actual properties of the magnesium of course is up for debate. But either way, I highly recommend it!

I'd give 10 stars if I could! I suffer with RSL at night, terribly to the point i'm often up half the night trying to walk off the aches and the twitches... I discovered this and it has transformed my bedtime! I've got into a routine which works for me - after my day and I settle down to watch tv or similar, I rub this over my feet and ankles and 'rest up'.. then just before I get into bed to sleep, I reapply to my feet and massage into my lower legs and calf muscles and my knees (I also have OA in all my joints so they often ache!). In the last 10 nights I have had only one night RSL made an appearance and that was because i omitted the first stage of the routine (won't make that mistake again!!). And the best bit, it smells absolutely lush and makes my feet/legs/skin feel soft and supple. Can't recommend this enough!!! 10 STARS!!

My sleep is really bad but after reading the reviews I purchased this product and use it on my legs only although it smells amazing so could happily apply it all over. The consistency is smooth and silky and it is a very nice consistency and easy to apply and not greasy. Since using this for 3 weeks now I am dropping off no problem. I am amazed how good this product is for the money. I bought it for my sister too and she also loves it and uses it as a hand cream at night. Really lovely product I will be checking out other items made under this brand.

I have been using this cream for a while now and recommend it to anyone who has trouble sleeping, restless legs, aches and pains anywhere on the body. It works quickly and helps me sleep. It’s helps with headaches, leg aches, arm aches etc etc. It’s not sticky and absorbs well. Fab price too.

Really nice cream, and a lovely scent.The cream is silky soft and lovely on the skin.A lovely lavender smell, gorgeous.Now as much as I can go on about the silky skin and the scent, the main object of this cream is to help us sleep with the added bonus of magnesium.I have what’s called RLS ( Restless leg syndrome)RLS is very common but not a lot can be done to help the cause.I use magnesium spray all the time however although fabulous, yes it works, I’m fed up with sticky legs.I wanted to buy this cream just to see if it works for me.My routine is a bath with epsom salts, then the alternate night I smooth in this cream, I massage it in for 10-20 minutes.The first night it worked, great I was very pleased.I loved the smoothness of my legs, but my main aim was my RLS, sadly it isn’t good enough ( worked only one night) to cater for my needs.It’s a shame, but this didn’t support a good sleeping pattern, I was fidgeting all night.So I’ll have no choice but to go back to magnesium spray.This cream is pleasant but doesn’t do what I wanted it for, so I won’t be buying any more.It was worth a try.

This cream is very pleasant and easy to put on. The smell is nice too. It is a good moisturiser. How well the actual magnesium in it works is hard to tell , it’s just hard to tell but worth the money.
