I highly recommend! Works amazingly for me! I have used many, many different products for my ibs issues. This not only doesn’t give me bad stomach craps (my body tells me when I need to go) I don’t feel like I have to rush to bathroom, I can hold it without feeling stressed to rush. When first starting using I would estimate about 2-4 weeks I did have loose stools but eventually my stool was more firm and fuller. (Pre & pro biotics to thank!). If you are having issues with bowel movements I hope this works well for you like it has me! Give at least one month for it to work for the best results!

It’s a pretty powerful laxative if you take two and drink a lot of water. The only thing I don’t like about it is it takes a while to work. I’ve been taking it for about a month on and off and every time I do I have to take two or it doesn’t work at all for me and when it does it takes about 12 or more hours before I get a bowel movement.

So far I’ve only tried these twice. With only one capsule each time. I’m trying to ease my way into these. These capsules have help with bowel movements. It doesn’t have me running to the toilet (maybe because I took one each time). But it does give moment that helps alot. Even the next day I had movement. There was a little pain in my stomach at first. Maybe my stomach just was tryna understand what was going on. But I’m working on having a healthy gut. And I was looking for a natural / herbal supplement. I’m going to continue to try this for awhile to see how my stomach reacts. But for the most part I’m happy with the results.

The product works, but as soon I eat something the pain doesn't stop. It's like I'm in constant pain 24/7 and bloated. I would not be purchasing again.

I Am a Big Fundamentalist when it comes to treating the body for whatever health issues arise. My intestines have suffered much destruction due to the terrible problem of adhesions & by some who should have never been permitted into the medical field. I have adhesions that have & are locking down my intestines & I must keep a constant vigilant to keep my intestines stimulated which means I need to take something on a daily basis. I do not like using synthetic laxatives due to the unwanted chemicals & they are very harsh. The pain they cause from severe cramping can put me on the floor. So all natural is the way I go to keep my bowels healthy & what they need "naturally" to help them keep functioning. I have Extensive Medical Background I ALWAYS READ INGREDIENTS & this does not have any of the harmful metals such as titanium dioxide, aluminum anything in it which is always BIG IN MY OPINION. I Am very impressed the "ease" in which my bowel movements are...keeps me regulated. I Am a caregiver for a loved one who also deals with bowel problems & has for decades & this has proven very effective & just as gentle.
