Awesome product!
I LOVE THIS! I purchased 2 rails, from different companies prior to purchasing this one. This is the only one that came in one solid piece. In rebuke quality, super heavy duty and will hold my mirror incredibly well!

Great value
Did a build out in our office. Wanted to find a way to utilize the closet with an updated look. We ordered the kit for the door we made. It was easy to assemble and it added the extra little touch we needed. Highly recommend anyone who has a door or can build their own door to order this Kit. They cut our cost down 3/4 of what it normally would be if you ordered everything together.

Misadvertised.
You really have to read the fine print to understand that you are not getting a door with this product. It still works great, but it DOES NOT come with the door.

Excellent heavy weight barn door kit.
Just installed this. Went in with no issues. They highly recommend a 1x4 or 1x6 backerboard for the track, but if you hit the studs it isn't needed. Also suggest an 8+ inch overhang for the track past the door is not necessary. I needed to have my overhang at about 3" to line up with the studs. Still works great. Also if you want a tight fit at the bottom, cut the door with 1/4" space at bottom vs the 3/8" in the instructions (this works even with an under the door floor guide). I also put the track mount holes 2.5" above the door frame (vs recommend 1 11/16) - that was the thickness of my 6' level - easy to put on top of door trim and draw a straight level line to drill the wall mount holes. Here is how I determined final height of the door:distance from floor to top of trim+ 9/16" (difference between 1 11/16" - suggested height of track holes and 2 1/4" - height of track holes i used)- 1/4" (gap I wanted at the bottom of the door vs. suggested 3/8")NOTE: measure each side of the door - if floor is not level - door may be different lengths on each side. Luckily basement floor slanted down towards the direction I wanted to slide the door. There was a 5/16 in difference between my sides of the door. If the door slants up towards the direction you want to slide the door - will need a larger gap in the door to allow for higher floor when door is all the way open.My wife wanted a sleeker more contemporary barn door, so I used a 1.25" thick glued slab (on sale at Menard's $72 (1.25 x 36 x 96)). If you switch the shorter cement wall track mount bolts (come in the package) with the bolts for the rollers and add one 7/16" black washer (thick not skinny) they fit the thinner door perfectly. The installation instructions were right on (minus minor changes to have a tighter fit door). My biggest complaint is they don't tell you what drill bit size for the holes in the instructions. 7/16" is the drill bit for the holes through the door. Use a 1/4" or slightly smaller for the pre-drilled holes in the wall to mount the track.Picture show the door pre-stain. Hung up to ensure it fit properly.
