Buy it, you won’t regret it
These are incredible, my b12 levels have actually increased a lot, confirmed by blood tests. Tastes nice and easy to take, I will keep purchasing. Because there’s loads in the bottle too it doesn’t feel like I’m being ripped off. Can’t recommend enough!

The best absorption B12 format next to injection
This 1000cmg product is ‘sublingual’ meaning it quickly dissolves under the tongue giving 100% B12 in blood absorbed med, exactly the same as B12 injections give? B12 solid tablets however do not break down very quickly and you only get 15/20% of benefit before it exits your body in the toilet? Also with these under the tongue beauties you get over a whole THREE MONTH supply of daily doses! Excellent deal!

These small tablets are taken by dissolving under the tongue. They dissolve quickly and have a mild and pleasant taste.

B12 is actually proven to help in many ways, hence if you think about it, older people are offered B12 injections. I have seen this help people both mentally and physically and wanted to give them a go knowing that my mind and body had been through a lot recently.The tablets are tiny and taste like a berry sweet, it's said that under the tongue is the best way to absorb these vitamins and personally I like to pop one in my mouth before I walk out the door in the morning.

Great value
These are great supplements. My Mom was diagnosed with low B12 and they suggested a supplement. These are better than most as they are designed to be sublingually taken so they go straight into your blood stream and don't get destroyed in the gut.

Harder consistency.
These are good value well cheaper than the usual ones I buy. They are of a harder consistency than ideal for under the tongue, I do tend to crush them between my teeth and suck the bits.
