Great size that will fit several keys or a garage remote and a couple of small keys (even when using the included holder at the bottom). The emergency key included is a bonus feature of this particular key keeper.Instructions for setting your own code in several languages but none at all for installation on your wall.It seems sturdy and weatherproof. The plastic cover should keep rain and snow away from the dials.There are six holes to choose from when installing the four included screws, I chose the top, middle of the second row, and two bottom ones. The key holder has it's own threaded hole in the bottom row and cut-outs to go around the mounting screws.

I did a lot of research before picking this. This is a heavy-duty, solid box. The biggest selling points are:1. There is a knob that you turn to open the box. I broke my thumb nail opening another box with the usual button that you have to both push in and slide at the same time.2. This has a 4-dial combination. The boxes with the push button combo are much easier to break in to because each number can only be used once and the order of the numbers doesn't matter.3. There is a back-up key in case you forget the combo or you have someone who can't remember the combo (a senior, for example). This also helps in case the dials freeze in the winter.4. When the box is open you can recover (see) what combo is set because the correct numbers appear red when in the correct position.5. The box has a cover. This not only protects the lock from the elements, but keeps the box from screaming "Hey there's a key in here!"My only qualm is that there are no installation instructions, because there are 4 screws and 6 holes. It was not obvious which holes to use to mount, so I wasted time debating this with myself before just picking the holes I felt would make it most secure (see photo).Every once in a while, I spin the combo so it won't stick. I am super happy with this purchase!

Installed easily. Heavy duty lock box. Works well. Very easy to set new code. I like that it hase a knob to turn to open the box and a key just in case you forget the code or someone changes it without you knowing. That is why I chose this one over others.

The wheel number combination is more reliable than the push button one. I used both and the one with the push buttons seems to fail over time.I used this box (multiple units) in a desert dusty environment, rain, heat, cold weather, and they held firm.The box is heavy and thick, the size of the box is large and has plenty of room for keys, and last but not least, having a key backup in case you forget the combination is a plus (if you remember when you put the key.... :-) )Overall a good quality product.Buy with confidence.

Purchased August 2022. The knob no longer wants to turn after we enter the code. The only way to open it now is with a key defeating the purpose. This was installed on our covered front porch and is mainly out of the elements.Until the knob stopped turning easily this was a great item.

We purchased this to put outside our basement entrance for our Airbnb apartment for guests. On only the 3rd time using it to reset the code for a guest, the pin inside that you shift when reseting the code broke and we can no longer lock the box. As soon as we posted this in our review the company reached out to offer a full refund. We accepted their offer and are going to purchase it again to see if we just had a one time issue. We really appreciate the customer service provided to help us solve this!

Everything is ok with this item. Very sturdy. Enough space. Looks good. I like the feature that has an emergency key to open it in case that for some reason it locks or you forgot the passcode. The front cover makes it look neat and makes it water resistant.

I put this lock box at my garage door inside the garage the keys give access to my house and I can give the code to this lock box to the people that I want to have access to my house and don’t have to give each of them a key I love this concept
