Works great!
Works perfect. I have it connected to my sim rig PC which is wall mounted behind it in a corner. This makes turning it off and on really easy.Installation was fairly straight forward. I like that it came with the adapter so you can still use the existing button on the case too.

Does the job and inexpensive
My current DIY PC build is sitting inside a PC cubby which is behind a hinged door in my office desk. I wanted easier access to the power button without having to open and close the door every time. In the past I've done my own DIY using spare power switch wires from old builds and connecting them to an arcade style button mounted on my desk. This is pretty much the same concept. The button has some weight and feels sturdy. For your application, please note the cable length and make sure you have enough length from the connection to the motherboard, out of the case and to the spot where you want this button to be on your desk. I liked the fact that this comes with a splitter so you can still use the power button on your case if you wanted to. In the product pics, there is one pic showing the LED connections labelled for HDD LEDs and Power LEDS. Mine were labelled Power, so I used them for the power leds. I suppose I could've plugged them into the HDD Led pins and see HDD activity instead of just powered on or off light. Just FYI. But this thing does the job I though it would. For the cost, it's a cheap solution of needing the PC power button in a more accessible place. Just make sure you know that the cable length will work for you. You could go with a more expensive one that has both HDD and Power LED lights.

Very useful and works well.
As I have been rebuilding my PC, I couldn't figure out how to hook up its power button, this thing was a savior. It's extremely easy to install and it works perfectly. I haven't attempted to mount it anywhere, but it has a sticker on the back to place it on surfaces. Doesn't feel cheap, good quality.

Great for button access
I got this so that I could have my PC placed away from my desk but still be able to turn it on directly from my desk. It works well when installed into the PC and has a built in LED to show you when your PC is on. The design is sleek and looks great on my desk. I do wish that the LED was a little dimmer and didn't blink when the PC was asleep. Altogether this is a great buy!

Perfect External Power Button for My Desk
Took a moment to set up, but that's just because it needs to plug directly into your desktop motherboard. But once it was set up, I've had no issues. Direct connection, so you don't need to worry about battery life or a USB port failing. The light around the button is pretty dim, so I forget it's even on my desk most of the time. The only thing I'd want from it is maybe an RGB connector so I can set the color to be anything I want, or maybe even have it lit up when the computer is completely turned off. But as far as functionality goes, it's absolutely fantastic. And it comes with adhesive pre-applied, so there's no need to worry about the button flying off your desk if you bump it.

A simple and elegant solution.
The media could not be loaded. This is a very simple and straightforward device. It connects directly to your computer's motherboard, so you do need to have some experience plugging things into your circuitry, but otherwise it is a very simple installation that can be done in minutes. You do need good eyes (or adequate lighting), steady fingers, and also, to know where the computer case buttons connect to the motherboard. The button itself is under my main monitor, where I can easily reach it. This is super convenient for my arrangement. Also, I prefer to be informed of hard disk activity, instead of whether or not the computer is on. (The RGB strips already do that.) So, I tweaked the installation by connecting the button's Power LED wires to the HDU activity leads on the motherboard, and of course, connected the original HDU activity wires from my desktop case to the Power LED leads. That way, instead of the button's lights being on all the time that the computer is on, they flash or pulse whenever the hard disk or NVMe(s) are accessed. And the hard disk indicator in my case is always on rather than pulsing with HDU activity. The video I uploaded shows this function in action. The photo shows the button in mid flash of some HDU activity, next to a USB type C conector and a 3.5 mm auxiliary audio connector for scale. I'm also posting a close-up of the button's connection to the motherboard, although this may not be very helpful unless you know what you are looking at. The case and/or motherboard documentation (or website) shows how this is done in greater detail, but it's basic desktop assembly stuff. In my opinion, this arrangement makes the switch more functional than originally intended by the manufacturer. And status lights are not on all the time, it might extend their useful life. But frankly, this type of simple, very-low voltage device, when used as intended, usually lasts "forever."

Best PC Mod Ever
I have a dual 27 inch monitor setup. On each side I have some bookshelf speakers. This doesn't leave much space on my desk for my actual PC. Then I found the perfect spot, I could hide my PC behind my monitors. Slide it back there and you can't see it at all. Only problem, it became a pain to turn on my PC since the power button was so far away. Have no fear, "DKE PC Power Button" to the rescue.Connection was easy. The unit comes with a Y splitter so you can still use the case's power button if needed but I haven't had to touch my PC since getting the remote power button. I have it sitting on my desk, under one of the monitors. Easy access but just far enough away so I don't accidently hit the button.Love it. I am going to build all my future PCs with this remote button in mind.
