Very bad packaging
The media could not be loaded. Love the product. I've been using it for around 6 or 7 years now. I've only recently started purchasing from Amazon. This item is non refundable. It is completely smashed and my money was wasted. I do not recommend buying his product from this seller. If need be I will switch to a different shaping cream.
