So cool
The pencils are better than I thought they would be. They are fantastic.

Color Changing is Iffy
Bought these as a class gift. The words are great and vibrant & they're made with good quality pencils but a good fraction of the pencils take a lot to change colors, while some stay dark entirely.

Hard to change
It is really hard to get them to change color. You have to rub them a long time. It is more of a distraction in my class than a help.

I bought these for my students. I was not impressed because they do not change colors.The pencil erasers fall out and they don't sharpen well. On a positive note, the sayings on the side are cute.

Not Mood changing like you'd think!
This purchase was a gift to middle school students before the winter break. Let it be known, mood changing when they wrote sounded interesting to have and a nice topic to discuss in science class... HOWEVER, it turns out that these pencils do not mood change like a mood ring when you hold onto them for too long, but when friction is applied. No, I did not realize this before handing them out or purchasing. I just assumed they didn't work as stated "mood changing" as one would assume. None of them worked in that way. But I handed them out anyway and explained my sadness that they were not mood changing pencils. Lo and behold, middle school students were determined to make it work... never again. At least they got a kick out of it, and a pencil they still use today. Recommended as a pencil, but not as a color changing one.

Does not change colour
We received this order today and we are very disappointed. The pencils do not change colour as advertised, despite our best efforts at temperature change.
