They can be sprouted, based on how good you are at sprouting it can vary from 40-90%. Yes not all of them sprout, some beans are split, maybe 1of1000

Q: Do these contain soy and can you use these mung beans for your face mask

Mung beans are nothing to do with soy.

Q: I buy from Indian stores for 5 bucks is 15 dollars worth it?

Definitely NOT! If you use them for sprouting anyway, They are completely unusable for that purpose. About 2/3 of them float and won't sprout!

The beans themselves are gluten-free. But because they are manufactured in a facility that also processes wheat, it is not certified gluten free and may contain traces of wheat.
