I work in a hot plant so I looked for the biggest battery neck fan and I was willing to pay more for it.This fan is almost twice the price as others.Actually stats:- full charge - high speed = 3hrs- full charge - medium speed = 5hrsThe only fan air you can really feel is at the front, not much comes out the the back end of those sides vent. There is nothing for the back of the neck.Utterly terrible product. Do not buy it - over priced big time. This is honestly a $30 neck fan.0 starsOh also, they will not provide a free return label. They'll provide a label which is solely an address and your local Canada Post says it's minimum $20 for a basic/no tracking return.

The fan is large. And it’s made from rather stiff plastic so i don’t think it would survive a drop. There isn’t much air flow from the back. Because the unit is rather large,the fan unit hangs lower to the front and air flow the front/side doesn’t quite position well for me. It’s not an obnoxiously loud fan motor. You will hear it when you’re indoors but once you go outside it just muffled by the noises from the street.All in all it would have been a good buy had it not been for the size. Just way too big for me.

The product is falsely promoted as 6000mAh but is really 4000mAh

Regrettably I purchased two. I RARELY leave negative reviews but in this case I feel it is warranted. Charged both fully. BOTH lasted no more than 20 minutes. Battery life is NOT anywhere between 4 and 20 hours as described. Sits somewhat heave around the back of the next and would fall off if you walk with it unless you site it under your tshirt which I did whole mowing the lawn. Which took about 40 minutes and about how long both lasted. Relatively lightweight and easy to use. Silicon allows rotating the vents up better but as stated, a little bulky around the neck, short battery life and unfortunately, not happy with this purchase.
