My car started having a weak battery and on several occasions, it failed to start the car. I use it and it works flawlessly to start the car in one go.I observed that if the car battery's voltage is low, between 9v to 10v, it requires two attempts to get the engine started.For my car, if I use to start the engine 3 times, the power bank capacity reduces from 100% to 75%, in the next 2 attempts, it drops to 50% and then, it can't start the car and needs to be charged.Overall, I am happy as it saved my bad battery day several times till I replaced my weak car battery.

In fact this item deserves big zero star. 3 Months after purchase from Amazon Dubai, I took it home in India, thinking that I could jump start my prolonged unused car. To my utter disappointment it did not work at all. In every single attemp of mine, battery level of the device would go from 100% to 25%. Now I don't know how do I return this unreliable chinese product. Total waste of my money.

It's so amazing product, small but very powerfull, I already try this jump starter and it works.

I needed it urgently and Amazon delivered in express time.The device is very light (positive surprise) as for the battery capacity. Delivered with 75% loading, enough to start 2L turbo engine with dead battery.Capacity dropped to 25% (I needed two attempts to start).So far do good.However, the installation of use has some mistakes and failures (the German version is more helpful).A. Function 2. Is NOT for charging the device! It is for connect external devices with cigarette lighter connector (tire inflator pump, portable small fridge, etc.)B. Charging can be done OLNY via USB-C connector (a short USB-C to USB-A cable is included).But, the type of charger one can use is not specified. The “normal” Apple 5W charger got extremely hot after 5 min., the 12W iPad worked better, but both still need forever to charge the device. So nothing with promised “quick charging”.I didn’t try 20W charger yet.Since the charger is not included, the manufacturer/distributor must specify which one to use.In addition, I suppose that charging via 5W or 12W car usb will need the motor running overnight to avoid the battery to be drained.But than you can use the device, lol :))

اشتريته في ابريل 2024.الجهاز ممتاز واستخدمته مرات عديده إسعاف لي ولغيري في الطريق. انصح بشراءه جهاز مهم جدا في صندوق السياره.يجب فصل المفتاح من السياره او اغلاق اي اجهزه تستهلك تيار قبل التركيب حتى يعمل معك.

I bought this item to jumpstart my bikes and my cars and I really liked the item but the problem is that it suddenly stopped working after sometime, I also tried to charge it but still didn't work.

Made some research on folks who have bought this and tried jump starting dead batteries since it's kind of common at my workplace. To my surprise it does not work on dead batteries at all. It still requires the battery to have some voltage or power for it to work.Also the cables that came with my unit are kind of different and outdated to what I've seen as advertised even thought I bought it as brand new and sealed. Even checked the model number and its identical.Only after doing multiple tests I found out that my return window was closed.Super disappointed. Just PSA to future buyers out there, do your research and see if what you need can be done by the product.
