Quality

I expected better from Samsung, but unfortunately, this microwave's transformer failed after just three months of very light use (about once a week). Now, it emits large flashes/sparks from inside and gives off a burning smell—definitely a safety hazard.I've always bought budget microwaves in the past and never had issues, even after years of use. It's disappointing that a supposedly reputable brand failed so quickly. Unfortunately, I'm past the return window, so I’m stuck with a useless and potentially dangerous appliance. Would not recommend.

Easy to use

In the Package only Samsung Microwave was there. Warranty Card & User Manual both are Missing. Kindly send it as soon as possible.
