My husband put it together and i didn't hear him grumbling, so it must have gone well:) I absolutely love it! I was impressed that it came with wall anchors, which you will need! ( It could topple without them) and it's heavy and sturdy. I'm really happy with it

Great looking shelf, easy to assemble, but it gassed off fumes heavily for a couple weeks to the point we had to open the windows, and still smells a bit 3 weeks in.

I highly recommend this product if you're looking for a sturdy and aesthetically pleasing bookcase. I bought it for my office and it has been a dream. Although it took me a while to put together (mainly because I did it by myself), the end product was well worth it. The bookcase is incredibly sturdy and I could place heavier items on the shelves if I pleased (however, I mainly just bought it so that I could have a place to display small items and frames). Also, the legs have the most perfect touch of gold! Given the price, this bookshelf is a great deal!

This is a great piece and putting it together wasn't complicated. Only problem I have is that there are no covers for the screws, which seems odd.Delivery was on time and it was well packaged.

Pros: cute style, easy to assemble. Cons: smaller than it appears in the picture, extremely flimsy. Instructions say to bolt it to the wall so that it will stay up. After assembling we could barely get it over to the wall without it falling apart in our hands. We had planned on using it as a bookshelf but I don't think it can hold the weight.
