A+++ Underrated and Overdelivers!
I have been doing myofascial release on myself since 2017. I do Active Release Technique, PNF, and trigger point therapy on myself, and have self-studied Clair and Amber Davies' book "The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook" for years. I have a Theragun, lacrosse ball, softball, and rumble foam roller (black spikey one). So I know a lot about tools and what works. And let me tell you THIS WORKS. It's such an affordable option to get into very tough to reach places that even my rumble roller can't get into (that foam roller's good, but different tools for different places). This tool is for PRECISION and DEPTH especially for hard to access places like the QL, gluteal medius, spinal erectors (be careful here), and especially the hamstrings, and of course the psoas and hip flexors.This is SO MUCH CHEAPER than other ridiculously priced psoas release tools like The Mark or whatever it's called. I have traveled with Thrival to Asia, Europe and Middle East in my carry-on. It's durable, easy, and takes a beating. This is the real deal. In fact, my neuromuscular massage therapist, who's a qualified massage guy for athletes (not like regular Swedish or Sports or Thai massage people) - but well versed in the mechanics and physiology of the fascia, saw this tool and was asking me all about it and ordered the full Thrival Release Pro on the spot in front of me to educate his clients and the students he teaches. And this is under $100. I have the regular old Thrival for like $55 and it's changed my sports game.So.. just get it!

Much needed product!!!
I have struggled with low back pain for the last 12 years. I’m only 33, but once I had my two children back to back, my hips added insult to injury. I saw so many recommendations how to release your psoas but also, I’ve ALWAYS had piriformis pain resulting in tight hamstrings, glutes, the whole 9. I felt broken at such a young age. Not to mention posture, tight neck and shoulders. You name it.In ONE session of myofascial release on my Psoas and low back support muscles, I feel blood flow. I know it will take consistency but wow!!! This is just what I needed. I can play with my kids on the floor longer, get up and walk without the 10 minutes of tight hip flexors.THANK YOU THRIVAL!!Note- this board I ordered with just the bullseye doesn’t have the additional attachments but I will definitely be buying them with each paycheck.

A Yin Yoga Essential for Hip Release
I’ve been using the Thrival Deep Tissue Pro and it’s become an indispensable part of my yin yoga practice. What sets this tool apart is its ability to target deep into the hip flexors and surrounding muscles, providing a release that traditional foam rollers and massage balls just can’t match.The adjustable design allows me to customize the pressure and angle, making it perfect for accessing those hard-to-reach areas in the hips and glutes. During yin sessions, I can position the tool to apply sustained pressure, facilitating a deeper stretch and release. This has significantly improved my flexibility and reduced tension in my lower back and hips.The build quality is impressive—sturdy and durable, ensuring it withstands regular use. It’s also compact enough to take with me to classes or when traveling.Overall, the Thrival Deep Tissue Pro has enhanced my recovery routine and yoga practice. If you’re looking for a tool to help release tight hips and improve mobility, I highly recommend giving this a try.

Does what it’s supposed to do but with hard plastic pieces
It does work if you can handle the discomfort of the hard plastic pieces. I strongly believe that it had come with the soft covers, but instead, they need to be bought separately. I put it on top of my foam yoga mat and it stays put. It does what stretches cannot do and so it’s very beneficial.There are knockoffs on Amazon that are cheaper, have silicone covers and may work just as well.

10/10!!!
This device has been a game changer for me. I was very skeptical, but purchased it as a last resort to help with my hip flexor and glutes. I’ve added this tool to my physical therapy routine, and it is made a huge difference! The relief that it helps provide, is like nothing else I have been able to achieve.If you’re struggling with low back pain, hip flexors, or glutes I would highly recommend giving it a try. I’m not once normally leave reviews unless I feel very strongly about a product, but this has been 10 out of 10 for me.

Works ok
It's too large to get really deep behind the bone and into the muscle. Note that having both sides on it points the wrong direction but is a good "warm up." After using both sides you then have to take off one side and then work it inside-out to get deeper behind the hip/pelvic bone. Even so, it helps so 3 stars.

Don't waste money on the much more expensive options out there! This is perfect!
I was tempted to purchase a much more expensive tool that does the same thing (it's all over my IG ads) and I'm so glad I went with this one. I like that you're able to adjust it depending on your size. I preferred to separate the pieces and stretch one side at a time until I build up a tolerance to how intense the stretch is.No regrets and I highly recommend trying it out.

Effective myofascial release!
I had been experiencing issues with hip rotation creating pain and catching in my hip and was using self-myofascial tools to try and address the issue. I really didn’t seem to be getting anywhere until a friend shared her Thrival Wave with me. I was able to find immediate relief using this method! I immediately ordered my own and love the effectiveness and versatility of it! I would recommend this tool to anyone who works out, spends a lot of time sitting or standing for work or is physically active in any capacity.
