For 3 years, I’ve had lower left back pain. I spent $2000 on a chiropractor and when that failed, I went to a specialist who suggested back injections. After 2 rounds of injections, still no relief. When I first started researching these tools, I was a skeptic. But literally after 1 use, my pain was 90% gone! I’ve only had this for a few days but am obsessed with it! I have SI joint pain with clicking due to a tilted pelvis and am currently receiving physical therapy for it. I saw a similar device advertised and wanted to try it, but it was overpriced. Then, I found the Thrival Wave. The quality is excellent. It’s a very sturdy device. I have only used it a couple of times so far, but I immediately felt the stretch in my hip flexor and experienced relief. I am looking forward to using it in the multitude of ways it can be used.

It does work if you can handle the discomfort of the hard plastic pieces. I strongly believe that it had come with the soft covers, but instead, they need to be bought separately. I put it on top of my foam yoga mat and it stays put. It does what stretches cannot do and so it’s very beneficial.There are knockoffs on Amazon that are cheaper, have silicone covers and may work just as well.

I had a tummy tuck about a year ago, the muscles around my hips causing a lot of pain. I used this to loosen the muscles and my pain went from a 9 to a 1. If I had known that a TT would cause me hip pain I would not have done it, but I’m happy I found this tool. It’s helped loosen the fascia around my hips causing and abdomen area.

It feels awkward and I couldn’t really use it for several of the options they showed. For the posas it did help give some relief.

What product can you buy that makes you think “I should go lay on some hard plastic knobs and cause myself some serious pain right now” in the middle of the night.This one. And it’s awesome! After some good psoas stretching at my appointment, my chiropractor recommended getting a psoas stretching tool like this. It’s been incredibly helpful in releasing some of that tightness daily so I don’t have to pay my chiropractor every last dollar in my bank account.I love the adjustability and versatility of this system.
