There is nothing worse than purchasing a product and then find it difficult to set up and use.Well, this Panasonic phone is the answer to those problems. I have used Panasonic phones in the past and found them exceptionally reliable and as I said user friendly. I would also like to mention the batteries that are supplied with this phone last an age when they are left off the base unit. I think that is very important.I made the silly mistake of buying another make of phone supplied by B - ' which turned out to be the worst phone I have ever used. Thankfully, it developed a problem hence my purchase of the Panasonic. I would never consider any other make of phone. Everything just works out of the box. This is one of those products that you can set up without reading the instructions! always a sign of a well-developed product.This phone works with the new BT system that has recently been implemented.Fantastic product I fully recommend.

Phone ok overall but sound poor . Can only hear easily if it's on speakerphone

The media could not be loaded. Easy to install, the display has caller ID, which is great, and means, we can ignore those annoying spam/scam callers. It also has an answer phone, so means we will never miss an important call when we are out. Its good quality and looks good. We found the ringer volume ok, we can hear the phone ringing when upstairs or you can take the phone with you, if going upstairs. Would definitely recommend, great house phone.

It was easy to set up (important as I hate spending time faffing about with technology) good value for money. The ringtone is quiet which is a good point for me
